Can my partner see my non shared expenses?
No. Your partner can only see the transactions you chose to share with them. All of your non-shared expenses remain private.
Can Otter see my bank passwords?
No, we use the same technology as the largest players in the industry, Plaid, and we cannot see your passwords, only the transaction data you chose to share with us.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard. Simply log in to your dashboard and navigate to the billing section to cancel your plan.
